The Womens Jiu-jitsu Alliance
The Womens Jiu-jitsu Alliance is a 501c3 public benefit nonprofit corporation specializing in bringing empowerment to the female community through Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
The Women's Jiu-Jitsu Alliance
The alliance is made up of primarily female owned companies that share similar missions with a common goal to bring more women into the art and sport of Jiu-jitsu, to provide a healthy environment, and be fully involved with the growth of the community.
The Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Alliance offers FREE open mat events frequently at The Warriors Forge called “Relax & Roll”, where women can come and be introduced to, and learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a relaxed, controlled, and fun environment. BJJ can be very intimidating to women because of the nature of the movement. At The Warriors Forge we not only know this, but our owner (and VP of the Women’s Jiu-jitsu Alliance), Stacey Councilman has been pioneering the movement to bring more women into the art by targeting local communities instead of focusing on women that are already training in the martial art. Stacey not only makes it comfortable to be on the mat, but also makes it FUN!

Integrated Combat Systems University
The Integrated Combat System University (ICSU) is a martial arts institution founded upon traditional martial arts values. At ICSU we believe that quality martial arts instruction means teaching effective forms of martial arts while also making a positive impact in the lives of our students and instructors.
Integrated Combat Systems University
Every program we offer is designed to provide detailed instruction in the most effective fighting techniques, strategies, and training methods. We believe that effectiveness in all aspects of martial arts, training, instruction, and fighting, are directly related to an individual’s character. For this reason, we integrate character development into our martial arts instructional programs as we seek to educate, elevate and empower our students and instructors to face life’s challenges.
The primary purpose of ICSU is to provide instructor certification for experienced martial artists and martial arts instructors wanting to expand their knowledge and skills set, but find it difficult due to limited time. We offer 4 and 3 day high-intensity, fast-paced certification courses in various martial arts that are designed to provide in-depth instruction in training methods, fighting technique, strategies, history, philosophy, and more. In addition to seminars, we also offer online video instruction and training materials. We provide instructors a viable alternative to attending weekly classes by providing seminars that fit around their schedules.
Although our courses are intended for experienced martial arts instructors and martial artists, we do have a student program designed to train and develop future martial arts instructors. We allow students to attend seminars in order to earn academic credits which are applied to the ICSU Belt Ranking System. At ICSU we believe in raising the quality of martial arts by providing exceptional programs that develop skilled and knowledgeable instructors.
The Warriors Forge is the second home for ICSU with its base being in Victorville at Joe Stevensons Cobra Kai under the direction of Ryan Spink, its founder. The Warriors Forge owner, Stacey Councilman is a assistant director, student, and instructor of ICSU specific courses.

The Mean Girl Project Mission
To provide women and young adult females with consistent training of mental and physical self-defense techniques, including fundamentals from Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The Mean Girl Project Mission
Our programs encourage and promote continued training, creating muscle memory, more intensely developing our students’ mental and emotional strength needed during self-defense situations, and reviewing the legal aspect of self-defense. Although we encourage women to participate in consistent training, we also provide one-time introductory classes in order to establish the idea of training self-defense to a wide variety of potential students.
We want every woman we come in contact with capable of defending herself both vocally and physically, to know and love herself enough to know that it is ok to let her inner Mean Girl shine whenever she is put into any type of uncomfortable situation.
